If you are looking to get your Nokia Phone unlocked then Mob453 has its own unlocker online located at http://www.mob453.com/nokia/ (http://www.mob453.com/nokia/)

The site is secure so your details are safe and it also means that you can get your phone unlocked instantly instead of waiting for a reply on the forum.  Just follow the instructions and you should be fine.

Thanks

There isn't any current method to unlock Nokia N Series handsets.  This can only be done by the network who provided the handset.  this goes for all BB5 Nokia handsets

Hi if you click on the link in red on the first post you should be able to unlock the handset yourself.

Hi there!

Yes, if the incorrect code hasn't already been entered 5 times, then you should be able to unlock those 1100s using the unlocker at www.mob453.com/nokia Smile

Post up here if you have any problems or questions and we'll see if we can help!

I have no idea how many times or what means the shop used to try and unlock the phones. They had the phones for 3 days,so must have tried really hard.

What if i try and it does something to the phone and its unusable ?

Entering the unlock codes - the worst thing that can happen is you try too many incorrect codes and then need to get it unlocked by hardware instead of code. It won't affect it in any other way, so it won't be any less usable than it is now in its locked state Smile

BB5 handset I'm afraid.  there isn't currently an unlocking method available that we can use.

The only way to unlock this handset is to contact Vodafone UK and request the code from them.  BE prepared to pay in the region of £20 though.
