.. like it or lump it  Very Happy

I'm Michelle, 19, techy, and female.

I found this cool looking site through my hosts forums Smile

Expect to see me about quite a bit (and then disappearing for a few days). Sit infront of a PC when at work and do the forums thing when I have nothing else to do (ok, not just when at work but the forums thing is a work thing)..

Welcome to mob453, Michelle!

What area of work is it you are in? You'll probably find a lot of people are doing the same thing at work too! Wink

Glad you like the look of the site too  Smile

Are you into mobiles as much as we are, or just share more of a passing interest in them? Either way, there will be a vast knowledge of mobiles on these forums so any questions you have just let us know!

I use to be a big time regular in the Nokia newsgroup (alt.cellular.nokia or something), but like most newsgroups go, it went down hill with rubbish and a lot of us regulars wandered away. I'm quite into mobiles, but of a Nokia nature mainly (as you can tell from my previous statement). I'm general gadget geek kind of person.. I also swear I was meant to be born a male!

I work in the call centre of that large (the largest in the world Razz) online bank (I'll give the name if I have too...!)... Pretty new out of college etc and hoping to move on up here or get my arse in gear with web development stuff and take that up in a existing company (not solo/self employed.. no way!).

I must say I don't know which the largest online bank is - which one is it? Barclays or Egg? Or something else? HSBC? Er...no I give up!  Laughing

Lol do you have an older brother or anything? I know I made my sister play computer games and stuff so she's into those now too Wink I think it's much better to be into gadgets anyway than dolls - at least you can get away with playing with them for a lot longer and without as much embarassment!  Laughing Actually...depends on what type of "toy" it is!  Shocked

Laughing lol - well it's all good! You'll be up the "antenna" rankings in no time!  Wink In fact, you'll be the first person to move up a level!

That might be more of an achievement though if google got round to adding us to the search engine quicker!  Rolling Eyes And if Maverick made the odd post....

Hi shell, I used to work at a bank for 15 years but recently escaped due to sales pressure amongst other things!

Egg aren't too bad on the sales front. Obviosuly the factor's there, but it's not that bad. Difference with the bank I work in is that most the employees are on the same site, and the bank building doesn't even contain any money! lol

They very good employees too Smile
