Are you viewing via your phone or your PC? It sounds like you have an age restriction bar in place. All phone networks put this in place as a defualt and you have to request it to be lifted.

If via the pc then maybe your ISP also has the same. I would give them a call.

if you are at a place of work or education, I would not advise trying to view www.mobmms.com til you go home.
