mob)))453 can unlock handsets without you sending in your phone for many different handsets:
If your mobile phone is locked to the Vodafone UK network, just visit our Vodafone unlocking page to have your handset unlocked instantly once you receive the code we send.
If you own a Motorola phone, this can be easily unlocked using our remote Motorola cable unlocking service.

Remote Unlocking

Depending on the make of your phone, we may be able to unlock it without the need for you to send it away.

Remote unlocking works in 2 ways. The easiest is where you just supply us with your IMEI, network locked to and type of phone, and we will then supply the code for you to type into your handset and unlock the phone.

The second method usually requires a data cable, which you use to connect your phone to an online server which then reads the information from your handset and gives you the unlocking codes. This method also requires the purchase of an unlocking credit.

Payment Options

1. UK Credit & Debit cards. At present we accept most UK credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Electron etc.) and payments from nochex.com. UK debit cards are accepted through the nochex.com payment system, and if the purchase is less than £100 then you do not need to register a nochex.com account to pay. Just complete checkout, select nochex as the payment method and enter your card details when requested. The nochex.com payment system uses the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by BT Trustwise and Verisign so you can be sure your card details are safe when you make any payments. There is a 99p charge for paying by debit card if you do not hold a nochex account.

2. Worldwide credit cards & UK debit cards. We can also accept most credit and UK debit cards through the Paypal payment system. You do not need to register an account with Paypal to pay using this method. There is a 4.9% surcharge for paying using this method. Please check our terms and conditions for important information on Paypal payments.

IMEI Changing

It is illegal to alter or change IMEI numbers on cellular phones in the UK, punishable with up to 5 years in prison. If you ask us to do this, or how to do it we will delete your email. We will not do it for anyone or for any reason so do not ask. If your phone has been reported lost or stolen, then it will probably be barred from all the UK networks (assuming you are in UK). We cannot fix this. If we generate an unlock code for a phone that is barred, then it will not work. You will not get a refund in this situation. If you are unsure of the origin (maybe you bought the phone at a car boot sale, market, second hand shop etc) then we suggest you check with the any of the networks to make sure the phone is not barred before you pay to have it unlocked. In the event we believe you are trying to gain a refund for an unlock code used on a stolen or lost phone we reserve the right to check this ourselves. If we do check and it is reported lost or stolen, if requested we will provide the networks with any information requested that we can.
